About me

I´m an Authorized Stockholm Guide since 1997 and work today with tours for companies, government agencies, journalists, organizations, private groups and tourists. Before becoming a Stockholm Guide I practiced the same profession in Rome for Scandinavian groups. I have also made many tours with mixed language groups as a tour leader in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. I´m used to work with different kind of tours and enjoy smaller private groups with special arrangement.

I do walking-, bus-, and boat tours as well as specialized theme walking  tours of Art and Architecture, including tours of art in the Stockholm Metro but also walking tours in Old Town, Riddarholmen, Djurgården, Hammarby Sjöstad, Kungsholmen, Södermalm, Östermalm and many more places.

I guide at most of the museums in the Stockholm area such as The Vasamuseum, The City Hall, Skansen, The Historical museum & Gold Room, The Modern Art Museum, Thielska gallery, Waldemarsudde, Nordiska just to mention a few of them.

My academic background is a Degree of Bachelor of Arts with a Major in the History of Art. Being a Guide also means that you are always a scholar.

One of my best qualities is that I never stop being interested and curious about new information and trends that can be useful in my practice as a Guide but even in personal development. For example preparing for the successful  literary walking Tour, The Millennium Tour in the footsteps of Mikael Blomkvist and Lisbeth Salander. It was for me a challenge to mix the fictive reality with the true history of the former working class district. This is a tour I´m engaged by the Stockholm City Museum and for the same museum I also guide ABBA City Walk and the Woodland Cemetery one of Sweden´s 15 World Heritages.
